Getting started

Why is my store not live yet?

A store goes live only after your KYC is reviewed and approved. Until then you can build your catalog and preview your storefront, but buyers cannot see you. Approval is usually quick, often in less than an hour. See getting started.

Can I sell without a GST number?

Often, yes. It depends on your turnover and your state. You declare your turnover during KYC and we tell you where you stand. See do you need a GST number.

Can I add products before I am approved?

Yes. Add your full catalog while you wait. It stays private until your store is live.

Can I change my store name later?

Yes, in Settings. Pick a name you plan to keep, since it is how buyers know you.

Products

How do I set the right price?

Commission comes out of your sale, so price so your margin holds after it. Work the numbers with the worked example.

Why can't I pick a certain category?

A few categories are not yet open to new sellers. They are shown but cannot be selected, and they open later.

How do I take a product off sale without deleting it?

Set its stock to zero. That hides it from buyers but keeps its reviews and history. See managing stock.

Orders and shipping

Do I have to use Delhivery?

No. You can self-ship and arrange your own courier, or use courier-managed delivery through Delhivery, which is the default and the least work. Set your choice in Settings. See two ways to ship.

A buyer wants to return an order. What do I do?

Review and approve the return. For courier-managed orders a reverse pickup is arranged automatically. Once the item is back, the buyer is refunded and the commission is reversed. See returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

The seller does. On courier-managed orders a flat ₹80 is deducted when a buyer return happens. You are not charged this on an RTO. See returns.

What is the minimum order value?

₹99 per order. Buyers can combine items to reach it.

Payments

When do I get paid?

Seven days after an order is delivered, as long as there is no return in progress. This is the T+7 schedule. See when you get paid.

How much commission will I pay?

5%, 10%, or 15%, depending on the product's category, plus 18% GST on the commission. See commission.

How do I read my payout?

Each payout has an itemized statement: gross sales, minus commission, minus return adjustments, minus GST on commission, equals your net. It is on the Settlements page. See your settlement statement.

I changed my bank account and payouts paused. Why?

There is a 2-day cooling-off period after a bank change, as a safety measure. Payouts resume after it. See changing your bank details.

I think a settlement is wrong.

Raise a dispute from the Settlements page. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 working days.
